.Net Developer

Experience / capabilities

Working knowledge of OO development, including analysis, design and implementation
Strong understanding of Web Technologies and how they can be applied in a commercial environment
A human-orientated Design approach to Software Development / Usability expert
Experience of developing in a professional manner that reflect good SEO practice

Technical Skills/ Abilities

Understanding and ability to apply OO Concepts for development of N-Tier Applications
Advanced user in Visual Studio .NET
(Preferable) experience of open-source software, particularly Dotnetnuke
(Preferable) experience of developing for the Force.com platform

Personal

Passionate about the potential of technology to improve personal and
professional lives
Interested in exploring the possibilities of Social Networks and Communities as forms of decision-making and comparison
Able to work autonomously on a number of innovative projects with ownership of the full project lifecycle

Qualifications Required (Desirable)

A 2:1 or above Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science / Software Development or related subject.

Other Details

The successful candidate will preferably be based in the North West of England although all applications will be considered; we are also open to applications from part-time and Freelance Developers. The starting salary is up to £25,000 and a variety of options are available including Equity incentivised programmes.
