Ian was totally brilliant. He had an agenda for the day set up and went through every aspect of setting up a new play centre. Looking at our plans and designs and understanding the costs. I learned a great deal about processes that needed to be in place. Ian's attention to detail is amazing and was totally professional. For anyone wanting to gain an in depth insight into the costs and rewards of running a play centre meeting Ian is a must. Highly recommended.
