Very inefficient service with a dont gave a damn attitude, customer service is exceptionally poor. I had used Warren Hill insurance brokers who were very efficient and I insured my business and cars with them. Since Towergate have taken over the service is nothing short of diabolical. I had been waiting for car and van insurance documents for a number of months, after repeatedly requesting them. I then cancelled insurance on one of my vehicles owing to a change in circumstances and they cancelled the wrong insurance! I have now cancelled all of my insurance business with them and will never consider them again.
