 Brilliant, 4/3/2010 | | | Reviewer: Marco Calzini | | We contacted SPI via email and immediately were contacted by Erica who arranged for their Sales Director, John Edge, to come out and see us. John was very helpful and worked very hard to design us an indoor play area that we were happy with. I have to say we were quite difficult customers as we changed our design around 5 times, this did not deter John or his design team and we eventually were very happy with our proposed indoor play. SPI were competing for our business with another company and the reason we chose SPI was because they offered us a huge amount of equipment at a very reasonable price. The installation team, headed by Gareth Roberts, have just finished installing our equipment and I must say that they have made an excellent job and we are extremely happy with the finished project. I would not hesitate to recommend SPI to anyone wishing to install soft play equipment. The whole team are committed to doing the best for the customer and making sure the customer is happy with their choice. |

When I first met them I almost dismissed them as I met with the sales manager and, althogh he was impressive and very enthusiastic, I never heard back from him. I decided to chase them up and it turned out that he had left the company. They were very apologetic and within 24 hours I had a visit from Erica. From that point on I have nothing but praise for them. They seemed in such a different league to the others with their service and product that I almost dismissed them a second time because I thought the price they would quote would be much too expensive for us and way over our budget.
We were pleasantly surprised to find the quote, whilst not the cheapest, was very competitive and the design they put forward for the limited space we had, was absolutely fantastic - much better than anything we were expecting.
Whilst being given an initial 6 week lead time, when we ordered they promised they would get it in for October half term which was only 3 weeks away. And they did!
It is a fantastic play area. Since opening a month ago we have had only positive comments and it is already popular with locals and holidaymakers alike.
I also want to mention the guys that SPI sent to install the centre. They were great.
I have nothing but praise for SPI and the service they gave us from start to finish. Fantastic company. Thanks Erica, Gareth and everyone else involved. |

 Exellent supplier highly recommended., 11/11/2009 | | | Reviewer: David Bowen (, ) | | Prior to contacting SPI we approached around 3 other Soft Play suppliers.
The main issue we had was obtaining finance.
We approached a number of finance houses and none of them were interested due to the financial climate.
We contacted SPI and Leroy their Sales Manager could not do enough for us.
He put is in touch with a Leasing Company who we managed to obtain finance from.
It was truly a dream come true especially when it took 18 months to obtain planning permission.
Very professional outfit come Highly Recomended.
They have certainly been an excellent partnership and would use them again if we chose to open another play area.

| First Class Supplier, 10/30/2009 | | | Reviewer: Michael McDermott | | When I contacted SPI I was already some way down the line with play frame suppliers. In fact I told SPI it was unlikely they would get my order but could they quote anyway. My main reason for contacting them was to get another price comparison! However, when they made contact, their Sales Manager took up the cause in a most professional manner. After listening to my requirements, he went away and a week or so later came back with a complete design. This wasn't the definitive product but it honestly incorporated my own research, vision and goals. With great patience SPI provided a second and finally a third design. This latter was accepted and incorporated all my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and my compliments go to Leroy Morrison for the excellent work he put in to help me achieve my aims. The designer was Lee Moulton who came up with some excellent ideas. But be careful what you are buying! Too cheap and your equipment might not be so robust. You can also purchase a lot of fresh air within these scaffolding-based frames but I am happy to say that my play frame is full of 'whow' features and a lot of other challenges getting to them, none of which is more than a pad away so my play frame is crammed full of attractions at a very competitive price. SPI don't just leave you afterwards. They provide an excellent back up and after sales service. A regular service and maintenance contract is also available after the first year's guarantee is over so you can keep your equipment in top class order. It is not surprising that SPI are one of the biggest suppliers of soft world wide. |
