Terrible at getting the cars to me - sent a 40 tonne truch with no tail lift or fork lift to get them off. Really upsetting as they know how heavy and bulky they are. They just said "will anybody be able to help the driver get them off"?!! Luckily my neighbours are an engineering firm and they had a fork lift I could borrow, otherwise I would not have been able to get them off thetruck. Then, when one of the cars broke down on the first day, service went quickly downill. Couldn't get an engineer out at October Half Term, as it's a "quiet time(!)". The car in question was stuck in reverse and had been wired incorrectly by the factory in Italy (apparently). I have to admit Andy was very sorry over the phone, just that this wasn't enough and my takings for busiest week of the year were down by 25% as I only had 3 operable cars instead of the 4 I bought. The fact they couldn't get an engineer out during half term was the biggest issue - surely they must know it's our busiest week of the year. Overall a disappointing experience so far, unfortunately!

We originally obtained our battery operated Go karts as part of our installation through Success Play. Due to their success we have had a number of issues over the past few months with regard too the batteries and the safety aspect of operating the cars. We contacted World of Rides for their help and I have to say they have been great! We now have a more suitable set of batteries and we have upgraded the cars to remote control. We purchased the remote equipment from them and Andy was very patient in talking us through how to complete the installation.It wasn't cheap but in the long run I am sure it will prove a sound investment.
